TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: 10th of April 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LeadBox, including the LeadBox application, website, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is provided by Tamertech - Denmark, CVR 45780015, registered at Kildeagervej 241, 8361-DK Hasselager (“LeadBox”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and business use
LeadBox is intended for business and professional use.
You may not use the Service if:
- doing so would violate applicable law
- you do not have authority to bind the business or organization you represent, where applicable
- your use has been suspended or terminated by LeadBox
We may restrict or refuse access where necessary for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
1. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials secure
- maintaining accurate account information
- controlling access to your workspace
- ensuring that your workspace users act in compliance with these Terms
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms or applicable law.
1. Service description
LeadBox is a workspace-based sales, outreach, lead-management, and workflow tool that may include features such as:
- leads and pipeline management
- campaigns and sequences
- templates
- webforms
- triggers and automations
- activities and reporting
- subscription and credit-based billing features
- support and documentation
We may update, improve, limit, or modify the Service from time to time, provided we do not materially misrepresent the Service you are purchasing.
1. Workspace users and roles
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for inviting and managing workspace users.
Different workspace roles may have different permissions. You may not attempt to bypass those permissions or gain unauthorized access to another user’s workspace, account, or data.
Internal LeadBox administrative roles are separate from customer workspace roles and are not part of customer-facing workspace administration.
1. Subscription plans, trials, and credits
LeadBox may offer trials, paid subscription plans, and usage-based credit features.
Current commercial rules may include, where applicable:
- a free trial period
- monthly or annual subscription plans
- wallet or usage credits for certain sending-related actions
Unless stated otherwise:
- subscription fees and credit purchases are billed separately where applicable
- subscription access and sending/usage credits may be governed by different product rules
- credits are not cash and are not a banked monetary balance
- credits are not redeemable for cash unless required by law
Any trial, promotional, or bonus offer may be limited, modified, or withdrawn, and may apply only to specific eligible signups or offers.
1. Billing, renewal, and cancellation
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the relevant fees
- recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
- you are responsible for keeping billing details accurate and up to date
If your subscription is canceled:
- cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period rather than immediately, depending on the plan and billing state
- access may continue until the end of the paid period where applicable
If payment fails:
- we may retry payment
- access, billing state, or sending-related capabilities may be limited, suspended, or changed until billing is brought back into good standing
Refunds, if any, are governed by applicable law and any separate refund or cancellation policy we publish.
1. Acceptable use
You may use LeadBox only in a lawful, responsible, and authorized way.
You may not use the Service to:
- violate applicable law or regulations
- infringe privacy, intellectual property, contractual, or other rights
- transmit spam, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful communications
- impersonate any person or organization
- upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
- scrape, probe, test, or access systems without authorization
- bypass rate limits, permission controls, or security protections
- use the Service in a way that harms recipients, customers, providers, or the Service itself
1. Permission-based email and outreach responsibility
LeadBox is intended for permission-based email and compliant customer communications workflows.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- you have an appropriate lawful basis and any required permission for the contacts and data you use
- your outreach, automations, and workflows comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and communications laws
- you respect unsubscribe, suppression, bounce, and complaint-related states
- you do not use LeadBox for unlawful spam, abusive outreach, or deceptive contact practices
LeadBox may suspend, block, limit, or terminate use where we believe the Service is being used in a way that is abusive, unsafe, non-compliant, or harmful.
1. Customer data
You retain responsibility for the data, content, contacts, templates, messages, workflows, and other materials you upload to or manage through LeadBox (“Customer Data”).
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the necessary rights to use Customer Data with the Service
- your use of Customer Data in LeadBox does not violate law or third-party rights
- your instructions to LeadBox regarding Customer Data are lawful
We may process Customer Data as needed to provide and secure the Service and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing terms.
1. Suspensions and restrictions
We may suspend or restrict access to some or all of the Service if:
- you breach these Terms
- payment is overdue or fails
- we detect abuse, fraud, or unusual risk
- your use threatens security, deliverability, platform relationships, or legal compliance
- we are required to do so by law or by a service provider relationship necessary to operate the Service
Where appropriate, we will try to use proportionate measures and provide notice, but we may act immediately where necessary.
1. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your access if:
- you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms
- your use creates legal, operational, or abuse risk
- your account remains in unresolved failed-payment status
- we discontinue the Service or a part of it
Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination, including payment obligations already incurred.
1. Support and service expectations
We aim to provide a reliable and practical service, but LeadBox is an early-stage SaaS and support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
We may publish support guidance, help documentation, and service information from time to time.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
1. Beta, preview, and evolving features
Some features may be marked or treated as beta, preview, early access, or otherwise evolving.
Those features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time, and may be subject to additional instability or limitations.
1. Intellectual property
LeadBox and its related software, branding, content, interface, documentation, and service materials are owned by or licensed to LeadBox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where such restriction is not permitted by law.
1. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about LeadBox, we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without your permission.
1. Third-party services
LeadBox relies on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, billing, email delivery, support, and infrastructure.
We are not responsible for third-party services themselves, but we are responsible for our own Service to the extent required by applicable law and these Terms.
1. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- the Service will meet every business need
- deliverability, response rates, or business outcomes will be guaranteed
1. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LeadBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
- LeadBox is not liable for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings
- LeadBox is not liable for damages resulting from Customer Data, unlawful customer use, third-party services, or recipient behavior, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms or applicable law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadBox’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you to LeadBox for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
1. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadBox, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising out of:
- your breach of these Terms
- your unlawful or non-compliant use of the Service
- your Customer Data
- your violation of third-party rights
1. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we may provide notice by email, in-product notice, or by updating the effective date.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
1. the laws of Denmark and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the laws of Denmark country, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the laws of Denmark.
1. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable order form, subscription terms, refund/cancellation policy, Privacy Policy, and any applicable data processing terms, form the entire agreement between you and LeadBox regarding the Service, unless a separate written agreement applies.
