Refund and Cancellation Policy
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective date: 10th of April 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund / Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation, renewal, and refunds work for LeadBox subscriptions and related paid services.
LeadBox is provided by Tamertech - Denmark, CVR B26-BP-66-VP, registered at Kildeagervej 241, 8361-DK Hasselager (“LeadBox”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
If you have questions about billing, cancellation, or refunds, contact:
1. Business service
LeadBox is intended for business and professional use.
Unless mandatory law states otherwise, purchases of LeadBox subscriptions and related services are treated as business purchases.
If mandatory consumer protection law applies in a specific case, nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Subscription plans
LeadBox may offer monthly and annual subscription plans.
A subscription gives access to the relevant LeadBox plan and features for the subscription period.
Separate usage-based credits, where offered, are governed separately from subscription access.
1. Automatic renewal
Unless canceled before renewal, paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the current billing period.
The renewal period depends on the plan selected. For example:
monthly plans renew monthly
annual plans renew annually
1. How cancellation works
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless we clearly state otherwise.
This means:
your subscription is marked to stop renewing
your access remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for
you are not charged for the next renewal period unless the cancellation is reversed or the subscription is restarted
1. No immediate loss of paid access on normal cancellation
Normal customer-initiated cancellation does not immediately remove paid access.
Instead:
paid access remains available until the shown subscription end date
the subscription then ends and does not renew unless restarted or re-subscribed
1. Refunds for subscription fees
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, LeadBox does not provide automatic prorated refunds for unused time in an active subscription period after cancellation.
This means:
if you cancel during a billing period, your access continues until the end of that period
the cancellation prevents the next renewal
you do not automatically receive a prorated refund for the unused remainder of the current subscription term
1. Annual plans
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, annual plans are treated as annual commitments for the paid subscription period.
If you cancel an annual plan:
cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the current annual term
access remains available until that annual term ends
no prorated refund is automatically provided for the unused portion of the current annual term
1. Upgrades and plan changes
LeadBox may allow plan changes, including monthly-to-annual upgrades.
Where LeadBox states that an upgrade is scheduled for the end of the current billing period:
the current plan remains active until that period ends
the new plan starts after that period ends
the new plan then renews according to its own billing cycle unless canceled
If LeadBox presents a different plan-change flow in the future, the billing UI or checkout terms shown at the time of change will control.
1. Failed or missed payments
If a renewal payment fails:
we or our payment provider may retry payment
the subscription may enter a payment-recovery state such as past due
access or billing state may be limited, suspended, or changed depending on the payment status and retry outcome
LeadBox may provide a self-serve payment recovery path where available.
1. Credits and non-cash balances
If LeadBox offers wallet credits, sending credits, or other non-cash product balances:
those balances are part of the product service model
they are not stored monetary value
they are not redeemable for cash except where required by law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise:
purchased credits are generally non-refundable once granted, applied, consumed, or made available for use
promotional, bonus, or trial credits have no cash value and are not refundable
1. Trial plans
If LeadBox offers a trial:
trial access may end automatically at the end of the trial period
trial credits or promotional allowances may expire
paid top-up or paid subscription options may be governed by separate commercial rules presented in the product
Trial offers may be changed, limited, or withdrawn.
1. Exceptional refunds
Although LeadBox does not generally offer automatic prorated refunds, we may choose to issue a full or partial refund in exceptional cases, for example:
duplicate billing caused by a confirmed service error
clearly incorrect charges caused by our own systems
other situations where we determine a refund is appropriate
Any such refund is discretionary unless required by law.
1. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us first at support@getleadbox.net so we can try to resolve the issue.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may review and suspend or limit access to the relevant workspace while the dispute is being investigated, where appropriate.
1. Policy changes
We may update this Refund / Cancellation Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
