LeadBox uses third-party providers to support authentication, hosting, storage, billing, email delivery, and customer support.
Depending on the service and the context, these providers may process personal data on our behalf or in connection with the services they provide.

Google Firebase / Google Cloud
Purpose:
Authentication, account identity, and related infrastructure services
Categories of data involved:
Account data, authentication identifiers, login/session-related data, technical/security data
MongoDB Atlas
Purpose:
Database hosting and storage
Categories of data involved:
Account data, workspace data, leads/contact data, campaign and workflow data, activity records, suppression and email-event-related data, application data stored in the platform
Render
Purpose:
Backend application hosting and infrastructure
Categories of data involved:
Application request/response handling, logs, diagnostics, backend service processing, operational data
Vercel
Purpose:
Frontend and website hosting
Categories of data involved:
Website/application delivery data, technical usage data, frontend hosting-related request data
Stripe
Purpose:
Subscription billing, payment processing, billing portal, and related payment administration
Categories of data involved:
Billing data, subscription metadata, payment-related customer identifiers, invoice/payment status information
Postmark
Purpose:
Email delivery and delivery-event handling
Categories of data involved:
Sender data, recipient email addresses, message delivery data, bounce/complaint/unsubscribe and related email event data
Crisp
Purpose:
Customer support chat and support communications
Categories of data involved:
Support chat messages, contact information shared in support conversations, technical/support context related to support requests

LeadBox uses these providers as part of operating the service and supporting customers.
Not every provider will process the same categories of data in every case. The specific data involved depends on the feature being used.
